Afterschool Yoga Club
The Yoga Club is an 8-10 week afterschool program designed for children in grades K-2, introducing them to fun, engaging, and age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness practices. Through movement, breathwork, and creative activities, children will develop important skills like self-regulation, focus, and emotional awareness. This program fosters a positive, calming, and playful environment where kids can stretch, breathe, and grow—all while having fun!
