Program Overview:
The Mindfulness Club is a fun and engaging afterschool program designed to help young children in grades K-2 develop important life skills like focus, emotional awareness, and self-regulation. Through playful activities, breathing exercises, storytelling, and sensory experiences, children will explore mindfulness in a way that feels natural and exciting.
Each week, we introduce a new theme that encourages children to slow down, observe, and connect with their thoughts and feelings in a positive way. This program creates a safe and supportive space where kids can breathe, reflect, and grow—while having fun!
