Student Wellness Classes

Busy Minds Education® offers engaging student wellness classes designed to promote mindfulness and physical well-being in kids. Our fun yoga and mindfulness sessions help children develop essential skills for relaxation and focus, all while enjoying the process. With a focus on creating a positive and supportive environment, we aim to nurture both the mind and body of every student.

Busy Minds Education® school yoga workshops are fun, age-appropriate sessions that combine movement, breathing, and mindfulness to support student wellbeing and focus. Led by trained educators and hosted at partner schools, these workshops give students simple tools they can use every day.

Our Yoga Afterschool Club for kids combines fun yoga challenges and mindful moments. Through engaging activities and  poses, children will develop flexibility, focus, and a sense of calm while making new friends.

The Mindfulness Afterschool Club offers an engaging environment where kids can learn to practice mindfulness through games, activities, and relaxation techniques. Our goal is to help children develop emotional awareness and coping skills while fostering a sense of calm and focus.
