Birthday party FAQs
How much does a kids' birthday party cost?
Craft and create parties are $350 for up to 10 guests ($375 for the Preppy Patch Party), plus $20 to $25 for each extra guest. Slime and dance parties are quoted for your guest count and theme. Add-ons are extra. Send us the form and your local team will email you your party details.
Do you need a deposit?
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the party.
What ages are your birthday parties for?
Ages 4 to 12. Slime parties suit ages 4 to 10, craft parties ages 4 to 12 and dance parties ages 5 to 10. We plan every party for the age of the birthday child and their guests.
How long is a party?
Each party is 1 hour of hosted activities, games and a take-home creation. You plan the cake and food time around it.
Do you come to our home?
Yes. We're a mobile party company, so we bring the party to you: your home, backyard, a community centre, school gym or party venue. All we need is tables, chairs and access to water.
Is a slime party messy?
A little, and that's the fun! We bring table covers, aprons and gloves, our host keeps the mixing at the table, and we clean up our activities. Every child takes their slime home in a sealed container.
What is the slime made from?
Our slime is made with white school glue and a slime activator, mixed with our host's help. Gloves are available, and please tell us about any allergies or sensitive skin when you book.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 3 to 4 weeks ahead. Weekends fill up fast, especially for slime parties and the Bead Bar Bash.
Where do you run parties?
Our local teams cover Toronto and the GTA, York Region, Hamilton, Guelph and Kitchener-Waterloo, Niagara, Ottawa and Greater Vancouver. Tell us your city on the form. Outside our areas? A DIY slime party box is coming soon: choose "DIY slime party box" on the form and we'll let you know when it's ready.
Do you do school, community and corporate events?
Yes. We run kids' activity stations for school fun fairs and fundraisers, community festivals and workplace family days. Choose "event" on the form and tell us about it.
