The Busy Minds Tool Box

At the end of the 8-week program, each child will leave with their very own Resiliency Toolbox—a personalized collection of hands-on projects, take-home activities, and coping strategies they've created throughout the program. From calming glitter jars and affirmation cards to gratitude journals and mindful movement routines, each item in their toolbox is designed to help them navigate big feelings, build emotional strength, and feel empowered in everyday life. This tangible takeaway not only reinforces the skills learned in class but also gives families tools to continue the growth at home.
