Looking for a fun and enriching outdoor activity for your little ones? Backyard Yoga, in partnership with Little Yogis Academy®, brings yoga and mindfulness right to your doorstep! Our expert instructors lead engaging and playful sessions in your backyard, home, or local park, creating a stress-free and magical experience for kids. Designed for groups of 4-10 children, these sessions promote movement, mindfulness, and fun in the great outdoors!

Nature is the Perfect Classroom!

At Busy Minds Ed., we believe that nature is the perfect classroom. That’s why our camps and classes take place outdoors whenever possible, allowing kids to move, play, and learn in fresh air and natural surroundings. Research shows that time spent outside boosts mood, reduces stress, and enhances focus—key elements of mindfulness and well-being. We incorporate nature into our sessions through playful yoga inspired by animals and the elements, mindful breathing exercises that connect kids to their senses, and movement activities that encourage exploration. By grounding our programs in nature, we help children build resilience, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for the world around them—all while having fun!
