Power Yoga
For Young Athletes

Our Power Yoga Afterschool Program is specially designed for young athletes who want to build physical strength, mental resilience, and body awareness—all while having fun in a supportive environment.

Each week, students will move through energizing yoga flows, strength-building sequences, and deep stretches that improve flexibility, balance, and injury prevention. We also focus on mindfulness and breathing techniques to help kids stay calm under pressure and sharpen their focus—on and off the field.
